Wide straight long pants in charcoal gray high-density hemp-cotton by MITTAN with 20-count thick stitching, side pockets, back single-welt pockets, elasticated waist band, thick belt loops, inner waist string and large hem facing.

This fabric is woven in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka, using an old-fashioned shuttle loom, with a high-density warp thread of Indonesian cotton and a weft thread of Chinese hemp. These slow looms give the fabric a firm and stiff feel. This weave brings out the smooth texture of hemp and the softness of cotton, resulting in a fabric that is both, paper-like, light and strong. This stiffness means that the fabric does not cling to the skin, making it comfortable to wear even in midsummer.

Knots and uneveness in the threads are part of the unique character of the natural materials.

Due to the elastic waistband the trousers can fit different sizes as explained below.

size 2 - fits up to a size 48/50

size 3 - fits up to a size 52/54
